IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." 2005-04-06 House Journal Page 0894 The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess; and so, the House recessed at 11:56 a.m. HB 67 CSHB 67(FIN) was again before the House in third reading. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess until 6:30 p.m.; and so, the House recessed at 1:36 p.m. HB 67 CSHB 67(FIN) was again before the House in third reading. The question being: "Shall CSHB 67(FIN) pass the House?" And so, CSHB 67(FIN) passed the House. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the appropriations in Section 31 from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the appropriations in Section 31 from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska)?" Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 67(FIN)(brf sub maj fld).
